Enquiries & Careers

If you require legal advice or representation, please complete the enquiry form below or contact the Firm to arrange an appointment.

Enquiries

Before you send

Submission of an enquiry does not create an advocate-and-client relationship. The Firm will only act after completing the necessary conflict and compliance checks, agreeing upon the scope and terms of engagement, and issuing or accepting the appropriate letter of engagement.

To enable us to understand the general nature of your matter and carry out the necessary conflict check, please provide the names of all relevant parties and a brief description of the matter.

Contact details
Matter details

The Firm must check that acting for you does not conflict with an existing client. Names are what that check runs on, so give them if you know them.

An outline is enough: what happened, roughly when, and who else is involved. Please do not attach or paste confidential documents until the Firm has confirmed it can act for you.

If the matter involves an arrest, remand, an injunction or an imminent court date, say so here and state the date.

Submission of an enquiry does not create an advocate-and-client relationship, and no time limit stops running because you have written to the Firm.

Please do not send original documents through the enquiry form. Information submitted through the website should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the Firm to understand the general nature of the enquiry.

No information contained on this website constitutes legal advice. Legal advice can only be provided after the Firm has considered the relevant facts and documents and formally agreed to accept the engagement.

Appointments

Consultations are generally by prior appointment. Depending on the nature of the matter and the client’s location, consultations may be conducted at the Firm’s office, by telephone or through an agreed online platform.

Urgent matters

For urgent matters involving arrest, remand, injunctions, imminent court deadlines or other time-sensitive issues, please state the relevant date and urgency clearly in your enquiry.
