Founder and Principal
The Firm is helmed by Sylvester Lai Tze Yang, an Advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak. His practice is principally focused on litigation and dispute resolution, including commercial, construction, land, probate and estate disputes. He also acts in criminal proceedings and advises on corporate, commercial and insolvency matters.
