Criminal proceedings may affect a person's liberty, livelihood and reputation. Such matters are therefore handled promptly, carefully and in confidence.

Time limits apply
Most claims must be brought within a fixed period, and a claim brought late is usually lost however strong it is. If something has already happened, it is better to ask early than to wait.

Before the Firm can act, it must carry out a conflict check. Tell us the names of the parties and the outline of the matter; keep the documents until we have confirmed we can take it on.
